Black Boy

I think that Richard isn't a bad boy. I think he is just confused about what the world is contained with. Its true he did burn half the house down but he was just being rebelious because of the way he is treated by his parents. I think his behavior is mostly affected by the environment. He is usually beaten to an inch of life, and he doesn't know any better.
